Warranty & Repairs

We offer our customers a limited warranty on equipment that develops a fault within the first 3 months of ownership. The warranty does not cover items damaged in transit or items that have been subject to misuse. Items that develop a fault immediately are deemed to have been damaged in transit and should be returned to us for a full refund immediately.

Serviced items are covered by a 12 month warranty.

Where possible we will repair an item except where it is cost prohibitive, in which case a full refund will be made to the customer.

For warranty issues please contact us and arrange for the item to be returned. We will conduct a report based on the fault once we have the unit back at our offices.

Under no circumstances will NaimlyLinn's warranty cover unauthorised third party repairs, reports or inspections. All warranty work must be originated through InTune Audio, with written consent, failure to adhere to our policy will invalidate the terms of the warranty automatically.


UK deliveries - 48 hour + 1 working day to process

EU deliveries - 3-5 days + 1 working day to process

Rest of World - 5 - 14 days + 1 working day to process


Returns are covered by the distance selling regulations. Please contact us on 01889 623334 to obtain a returns reference before sending items back to us. Customers are responsible for the safe return and shipping costs of any goods returned to InTune Audio. The customer is liable for any damage that occurs to items in transit.

A refund will be issued on receipt of the goods and after it has been inspected and tested. 


We accept payments from a number of payment providers. Please either order via the website or call us to place your order. We accepts debit and Credit cards. *fees may apply for credit cards.
